WVLLN begins its Sustainability Period Sept 2009 until July 2011
The Western Vocational Lifelong Learning Network (WVLLN) has successfully negotiated a sustainability phase from September 2009 until August 2011 based upon the financially neutral re-profiling of an early underspend, together with the release of funding held against success. Activity will focus upon the comprehensive embedding and extension of the progression agenda across the network, including enabling curriculum support, together with further development of the IAG web tool (Lifepilot) which targets adults in the workforce. The two are seen as complementary and mutually reinforcing; with the added advantage that Lifepilot delivers a medium for an immediate response to the changing economic and skills climate.
