Foreword
As we approach the end of the first year of our sustainability phase I believe it is a good time to review our major strategic achievements during the original funding phase and then to take a look at what we have achieved during the past 10 months.
It is useful to review the past few months in terms of emerging policy and what that might mean for LLN work, widening participation and fair access.
I am firmly committed to the vision of fair and transparent processes to encourage progression for vocational learners. Clearly the new Government administration has articulated a range of policies which predict a society where the individual has the opportunity to fulfil their potential and aid both the economy and wider community.
